I aim to respond to emails within 48 hours, generally checking at the start or end of the day

 

 

Phone Calls

There’s just me, Lisa, at Beautiful Ink, I have no receptionist.  There will be times when I’m with a client and unable to answer the phone, leave a message and I’ll call you back soon as I can.  This may be in the evening up to 8pm, or mornings at the weekend.  I pick up the phone Monday to Friday 9am till 8pm, and weekends 10am till 4pm.

Consultations

I carry out the initial consultation by phone, there is no charge.  You’re welcome to send photos of your eyebrows and how you want them to look. Photos can be texted to 07530 978856 or sent via WhatsApp

Bookings

After our initial phone consultation, if I feel you are suitable for treatment I offer a booking where we carry out a full consultation, a treatment is also carried out during the same appointment.  The full consultation takes about 40mins, this is also numbing cream and filling out forms time.  Full aftercare instructions are also given during the booking
